Terms of Services
Basically i didn't accept commission with deadline. I usually work about 2 weeks - 1 months per-client depends complexity. if you have deadline, maximum 2 weeks before deadline.
Sometimes i take a rest in the mid of wip commission.
Dealing deadline or rush only at first step order. I'll no torelate with rush-sudden or giving deadline while ur cms in progress.
Commission result(s) will uploaded on my platform. If you allow me to not to upload it, you will get charge 50% from your total
Please give me your clear/detail refrences like pose, character ref, text details, and more. It's up to you for the refrences format (ex with Power Point / PDF / google drive link / jpg or png picture format )
All basic price are personale use only, please read additional fee in pricelist
You can't change your order menu after request it, think again before fix it
Please let me know when you want to cmsn me for personal or commercial use even for print merch, stream, etc
Commission result will be gived with png format ( usual : background and transparent ) via google drive link or email.
Dollar payment only on vgen with following international or USD prices.

Any revisions both charged or 2x free chances only on sketch step. I'll intolerate any revisions while result finished [ except brightness adjusment ]
Can't change menu while invoices gived

Rules for Vtuber
Must order with your vtuber account !!
Vtuber who using secondary account or priv acc are prohibited, especially for commercial use (no no no u can't avoid commercial fee)
Let me know what's purpose for your commission !! [ example : streaming, banner, emote, membership bonus, etc ]
Must keep credit me when use my art [ except you buy my copyright, will be charged ]
Thumbnail n PFP use are free from commercial fee
Vtuber who using second account for avoiding commercial use will be blacklist and spilled

Artist Rights
I may refuse your commission request as i want if there is something that i won't to draw or beyond my limits, please offer your request first while asking for filling my comms slot
Terminating and spill your username when you doesn't comply with existing rules
Post your cmsn wips / result. If you won't me to upload it, you will get charge 50% from your order total
Update about my condition on my timeline, so i let y'all know for about my condi
Clients who being karen / deliberately rush then won't takes rushing fees / ragebaiting will not answered. I keep being professional and tell the updates as usual.

Selling all of my commission results that you order
Claiming as your art, tracing, recolor, and do anything cursed to my artworks
Force me to draw anything that i refused
